Satisfied my childhood cravings, without the guilt. What kind of nutritional yeast do you use? I have heard some brands are better and more healthy than others. No, they should be pretty smooth! I love it on its own and have made it quite a few times, but I decided to make it as the base of a chili mac last night. I just added a healthy amount of chili powder to the cheese sauce and dumped 2 cans of chili bean mix in with the pasta — turned out amazing!! Oven temperature? It actually still tastes delicious and decadent. Still, everything was yum!

Depending on whether you print landscape or portrait you lose either the tahini or the nutritional yeast in the topping. I made this the first time from my computer and the second time from a printed copy only to realize later that I never used the tahini that was sitting on my counter. The taste was a bit odd at first, but it grew on me. I ate a whole bowl of it and licked the sauce lol. This was so easy to make. Thank you, Caitlin. More like a nacho cheese, but its absolutely amazing. It is so rich and creamy. You could also use the cheese sauce on nachos or potatoes. It was so creamy and delicious and just heart warming…one thing I did not add and am still in search of is nutritional yeast I did not add the nutritional yeast cause its really hard to find here but it is around according to some of my friends but everything else was just delicious! Add extra Salt to taste, if desired. Drain your Pasta, but do not rinse it. Return it to the pot and pour the Cheese Sauce over it, stirring until well-combined. Bake at for minutes, then broil on HI for minutes, until the top is golden brown and crispy.
